• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

 

Refunds

 

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and applied to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

Exchanges
